Introduction and welcome by Heather Stoney, Chairman.

1 – Apologies for absence.

2 – Review of May 13th, 2025, AGM Minutes (available at the meeting or by emailing the chairman on hjstoney48@gmail.com) and adoption.

3 – Chairman’s Report April 2025-March 2026

4 – Treasurer’s Report and adoption of accounts for year ending March 2025(available at the meeting or by sending a SAE to the Treasurer).

5 – Election of Officers, Mrs M Archer will take the Chair.

Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon Treasurer, Hon Secretary. Nominations and seconders to the Secretary by Thursday 8th May

6 – Election of Committee.

All committee members to be re-election

At this point information will be given to attendees regarding the new website  www.friendsofriponhospital.org

7 – Any other business.

Items to the Chairman Primsite Chapel Row Glasshouses HG3 5RB by Thursday 8th May

8 – Close of formal meeting, followed by a presentation from the staff of the UTC

There will be an opportunity for a Question-and-Answer, Tammara Millward Ward Manager and Site Co-ordinator at RCH. If you have specific questions that might require research, please forward to the Chairman prior to the meeting.

A short Committee Meeting will follow.
